The International Klaipėda Cello Festival and Competition was launched in 2017 on the initiative of the Klaipėda Concert Hall and cellist Mindaugas Bačkus. Held every two years, the event brings cellists from all over the world to the port city. During the festival, performers present exceptional artistic programs.
