Dmitry Sitkovetsky and the Klaipėda Chamber Orchestra

In this programme, the Klaipėda Chamber Orchestra will introduce violinist Dmitry Sitkovetsky as its guest conductor and soloist. According to the orchestra’s Artistic Director, Mindaugas Bačkus, “the Goldberg Variations by Bach will be the key work in this programme, performed in the version for string orchestra, which was very successfully arranged by Sitkovetsky himself. The programme will also feature Benjamin Britten’s Variations on a Theme of Frank Bridge. Sitkovetsky is coming from London, where he is currently based, and will be working with the orchestra for the whole week.”

A transaction fee of € 1.20 is applied when purchasing tickets via the BILIETAI ticketing system.
