This concert crowns the two-day masterclasses led by one of Latvia’s most renowned choral music authorities, conductor Andris Veismanis. This educational series, organized for the second time this year, is intended not only for the choir but also for future conductors and music educators, aiming to strengthen their professional competencies and open broader creative perspectives.
The final concert will feature a program of works by Latvian composers and pieces from the international repertoire, reflecting the stylistic diversity of contemporary choral music and the traditions of the Baltic region. Under the baton of Andris Veismanis, the “Aukuras” Choir will present the results of an intensive creative process and the vibrant expressive potential of choral art.
