The International Klaipėda Cello Festival and Competition returns on May 3–9, 2027.
Klaipėda — the port city inspired by culture and sea winds — will become a world-class epicenter of cello artistry. Throughout the festival, the sound of the cello will fill the city from early morning until late evening.
A rich program of events will bring together not only cello enthusiasts, but also the people of Klaipėda and visitors to the city. This is a celebration of classical music that will surprise, challenge stereotypes, and reveal that the cello can sound in ways you never imagined.
