Boléro–Extended

This dance performance is a rather unusual and original interpretation of one of Maurice Ravel’s most famous works. The easily recognisable melody and paraphrases of his Bolero are powerfully visualised on stage by the dancers and the cello octet performers. The choreography seeks to highlight the human condition, while the deconstructed music of Bolero sounds unexpected and contemporary.
