Little Conversations

This concert features a rare but musicologically significant combination — works composed for oboe and string trio, distinguished by transparent textures and a rich timbral palette. The program includes music by both Lithuanian and international composers, among them Giedrius Kuprevičius, Felix Mendelssohn, Benjamin Britten, and others, showcasing the expressive possibilities of this chamber ensemble.The performers are internationally active musicians on the classical music scene: oboist Luciano Cruz, violinist Deniz Tahberer, alto Augusta Romaškevičiūtė, and cellist Elena Daunytė. Their interpretations will offer listeners an opportunity to experience stylistic connections across different forms and eras of chamber music, as well as the interplay between the instruments.
