Guest: Latvian National Symphony Orchestra

A chamber ensemble of the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, led by concertmaster and internationally acclaimed violinist Vineta Sareika, will visit the Klaipėda Concert Hall. This evening will feature exclusively the music of Ludwig van Beethoven, revealing the chamber dimension of his work – intellectual, expressive, and filled with inner drama.

In this program, the highly skilled performers will present Beethoven as both a precise architect of form and an emotional lyricist, capable of giving chamber instrumentation a symphonic breadth. The focus of the concert becomes the ensemble’s unity and interpretative freedom, allowing listeners to explore the intricate timbral combinations, polyphony, and dynamic structures that shaped the entire subsequent tradition of European chamber music.
